Find out if there is information about how each company is conducting their research.  What do they measure?  For example, is employee and customer loyalty being measured? Are their products different in other countries?   

Digging Deep in the Information Gold Mine:
Take a plunge into cyberspace and discover some of the available secondary sources for information about measurement in sustainable marketing. Combine the search terms “sustainability” and “metrics,” with the name of any industry, such as “tourism,” “jewelry,” or “packaging.”

Now search the same combination of terms on Google Web, Google Scholar, and a research database, such as ABI/Inform. How do the results differ? 

Now search each of your companies on these 3 platforms and write brief paragraphs about what is being reported on each platform.
