HERE MY HW :

Original Post:

“After reading the case, assume you are a lawyer,  your client, Google has been sued by the Company, Perfect 10 for copyright infringement.  Google comes to you for advice.  What would you advise Google to do?
Consider:
1. the inherent powers of the court to decide copyright issues
2. rights of both parties with regard to intellectual property issues under copyright law.
3. remedies discussed in the case and your book
4. other issues discussed by the court

You, as a lawyer must be objective and NOT  insert your personal beliefs in the answer.  Use the IRAC analytical format to  respond to each separate issue you find (there are more issues than listed)”

You may do additional internet research,   the search terms “Google”  and “9th Circuit”  will be helpful.

Response Posts: Respond to the posts of at least 2 other students.
Note: You will not be able to respond to the other posts until you have submitted your post.

Note: This response will be due two weeks from today.  This will give each student enough time to read and understand this case as well as promote a thoughtful discussion.
