You are a well-known disability self-advocate. You have appeared on television, radio, and social media discussing your disability and the status of disability service provision in Ireland. You have been invited to give a guest lecture at a national disability conference titled ‘Let’s get Personal’.

The aim of the conference is to showcase Ireland’s transition from congregated services delivered in segregated settings to a model of community-based personalized support. Your audience could include any members of the community, but you expect that your talk will attract people with disabilities, their families, disability services, and policymakers.
