The Kirkpatrick Taxonomy is arguably the most used system for determining how effective a training program is. This framework, created by Don Kirkpatrick in the 1950s, provides a four-level method for assessing the success of any training course or program.
There are four levels:
Level 1: Response
Level 2: Education
Level 3: Conduct
Level 4: Results
