- Identify 2 to 4 strategic issues in the case. Explain why you label these as the strategic issues. Explain (to the degree possible) the likely causes of these issues
- Identify several alternative decision solutions that the firm could pursue. How would they address the strategic issues? How reasonable in terms of costs/risks/capabilities are these alternatives, given the firm’s competencies and challenges?
- Decide upon and defend a smaller series of recommendations, drawn from the above alternatives, that you endorse. Present your best case for why these recommendations make sense, are optimal, and best address the strategic issues.
- State and briefly explain any other relevant points /thoughts/concerns that you would like to make regarding the case.
- Briefly state 1 to 4 brief key lessons that you learned from the case
